„Reversed digitisation” in general administrative proceedings after the amendment of the Code of Administrative Procedure of 16 April 2020

Abstract

The article discusses the solution introduced into the Code of Administrative Procedure concerning deliveries by public administration authorities (so-called reversed digitisation). It provides that a letter issued by such authority in the form of an electronic document which is electronically signed or stamped is to be printed as a paper document which is then delivered in a traditional manner (as required for paper documents). The article discusses the goals of this solution, prerequisites for its application, elements of the document to be delivered and the manner of delivery.
