Abstract

The article concerns the amendment of the Industrial Property Act of 30 June 2000 made by the Act of 16 October 2019 amending the Industrial Property Act to the extent in which the amendment changed the protection regime for utility models which remained unchanged from the date of coming into force of the Industrial Property Act.
