Abstract

The article discusses issues relating to the differences in the writ of payment proceedings and electronic writ of payment proceedings, chiefly with respect to the specific specific means of appeal, namely an objection against an order for payment in the light of the provisions changed by the Act of 10 July 2015 on the amendment of the Civil Code, of the Code of Civil Procedure and certain other acts, which have been in force as of 8 September 2016 and certain regulations effective as of 1 March 2017. The main aim of the article is to present the issues and problems which accompany the separate accelerated procedures. The article shall also help to grasp the major advantages of an objection against an order for payment issued under the writ of payment and electronic writ of payment proceedings.
