Abstract

The article is a practical summary of the 9th Polish-German Compliance Forum, which was held in October this year. The focus of this year’s edition was the draft law on liability of collective entities and the changes proposed therein, the standards and methodology currently used in compliance systems, as well as whistleblowing issues and the challenges the attempts to make them legislatively regulated involve. Those issues were presented by speakers from Poland and Germany who are renowned experts in those fields.
