Abstract
The article provides a review of issues relating to enforcement of criminal law obligations specified in the first sentence of Art. 28 § 1 of the Executive Penal Code imposed upon one of the spouses. Most of the solutions are devoted to the issue of enforcement of a fine in connection with Art. 28 of the Executive Penal Code and the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedures. The article presents a view which excludes application of the provisions of Art. 28 of the Executive Penal Code to enforce a fine imposed upon a spouse before marriage. The article also presents a position excluding application of Art. 28 of the Executive Penal Code to enforce fines imposed upon spouses in civil proceedings.
