Brzechwa and the Impact of Technology on Copyright LawJan Brzechwa was not only a famous Polish poet, but also a lawyer, one of the leading practitioners and authorities in the field of copyright law and a future president of the ZAIKS copyright collective. This article investigates selected aspects of Brzechwa’s writing as a lawyer, with a focus on the new technologies of his time. In addition, references to current problems affecting the law of new technologies are aimed at making the article more appealing to younger generations of readers.
