Abstract
The judgment is still one of the few Court’s rulings on contract modification. It raises the issue of the form of modification of the contract. In the judgment the Court also clarified the grounds for modification of a contract of the contract due to unforeseen circumstances, in particular in light of the contracting authority’s due diligence.
