Abstract

The economic operator may request the contracting authority to explain the contents of the specification of terms of the contract. It is the one of the most important form of an impact on contract terms by the economic operator. In the new Polish Public Procurement Law Polish legislator introduced changes to time limit for such requests. Moreover the provisions will be more transparent and will have a positive impact on fair competition in public procurement.
