Abstract

The article discusses the issue of regulating business activity under Polish law. The analysis covers also the legal situation arising as a result of the entry into force of the new Entrepreneurs Law, implemented by a set of five acts dated 6 March 2018. The paper sets out a summary of the main issues related to this topic, as well as a detailed and a comparison of the three basis forms of regulating business activity.
