The functioning of judicial control over the decisions of the National Appeal Chamber

Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the functioning of judicial control over the decisions of the National Appeal Chamber , the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system of legal protection measures. The author focuses on assessing the legal solution in force, limiting her considerations to such issues as court jurisdiction, decisions of the National Appeal Chamber, the scope of recognition of complaints by the court, or the costs of complaint proceedings. The article also presents proposals for improvement of the existing legal solutions.
