Abstract

The article discusses the changes introduced as a result of the Act of 14 March 2014 amending the Public Procurement Act and certain other acts, and presents the Council of Ministers’ proposals for changes in public procurement regulations formulated in the Government Position on the parliamentary draft of the Act amending the Public Procurement Act (parliamentary paper 1653).
