Abstract
The article addresses the issue of admissibility, in light of data protection laws, of the use of artificial intelligence systems by email box service providers to detect messages that threaten the security of users and availability of the service. The authors also discuss the relevance of future European regulations on artificial intelligence systems for email filters.
