Abstract

The article discusses the phenomenon of artificial intelligence. It presents a definition of the legal language of artificial intelligence. The definition is based on the definition of the language of the legal acts of the artificial intelligence system. The article also shows certain basic problems that are caused by the phenomenon of artificial intelligence and the adsence of any definition of artificial intelligence in the legal act that is specially devoted to it. The source of potential problems may be liability related to the use of technical devices using artificial intelligence phenomena. The fact that there is no definition of that phenomenon poses a thret that it will be freely defined by the authorities.
