"Nieruchomości C.H. Beck" (C.H. Beck Real Estate) monthly is a specialist journal addressed to real estate professionals in Poland and published since 1998. The magazine is devoted to the real estate market in Poland and abroad, covering a broad range of topics. Each issue contains articles on problem matters, opinions of legal and tax professionals, as well as all kinds of analyses and information related to both residential and commercial property markets.

The monthly is divided into three thematic sections – Law, Taxation, Practice – discussing various aspects of real estate.

The articles are written by experts. They give a practical comprehensive presentation of the legal and tax problems of real estate transactions that are encountered on a daily basis by real estate owners and managers, investors, developers, housing cooperatives, brokers, property appraisers, lawyers, employees of the state and local government administration or housing communities, offering possible solutions. Therefore, the principle applied to all editorial texts is that specialists are writing for specialists.

Texts for the monthly journal should be sent as electronic, editable text files (Word format) to the editors’ email address. The preferred length of texts is about 15-17 thousand characters including spaces. Longer texts may be shortened or divided into parts, to be published in subsequent issues.

The date of publication is agreed individually with the editors.

Royalties are paid upon receipt of a completed royalty form from the author in the month when the relevant issue of the journal is published.
