Abstract

The article analyses the ratio legis for the stakeholders’ acquiring entitlement to challenge resolutions of shareholders of shareholding companies in the context of current axiological, social and economic changes. The article will mainly take into account the need to enforce compliance with the principles of commercial integrity by members of the company governing bodies. At the same time, it will attempt to formulate de lege ferenda conclusions.
