Abstract

W artykule dokonano analizy transakcji zawieranych w obrocie zorganizowanym na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, w wyniku których dochodzi do przeniesienia praw z akcji dopuszczonych do obrotu na rynku regulowanym lub wprowadzonych do obrotu w ASO, z uwzględnieniem transakcji o charakterze szczególnym, a także stworzono całościową klasyfikację tych transakcji oraz obrotu zorganizowanego na rynkach akcji.

On trading in listed shares on a regulated market and in a MTF, including the classificationof transactions and organised trading in stock markets

The article analyses transactions carried out under an organised trading system on the territory of the Republic of Poland, as a result of which shares admitted to trading on a regulated market or introduced to trading in a Multilateral Trading Facility (Alternative Trading System) are transferred, including transactions of a specific nature, and provides a comprehensive classification of these transactions as well as organised trading in stock markets.
