Abstract

The aim of the article is to outline fundamental research problems regarding the use of artificial intelligence to optimize the functioning of management and supervisory boards of companies. The author analyses acceptability of potential scenarios for such application of artificial intelligence, identifies key implications for the current company law regime and indicates areas in which this regime will require modification.
