Abstract

This article attempts to justify proposed statutory abandonment of publication of National Court Register entries in the Court and Commercial Gazette (Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy). Despite the fact that this amendment has been included in the ministerial assumptions for the proposal to amend the Act on the National Court Register and positive opinion of this proposal has been passed by all entities involved in the legislative process, the latest amendment of January 28 2018 does not override the legal requirement to publish National Court Register entries, which are generally available via the Register’s IT system, in the Court and Commercial Gazette.
