Abstract

The provisions of the Act of 28 November 2014 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts which subsequently entered into force on 1 April 2016 introduce new opportunities for partners of general partnerships and limited partnerships in terms of actions they can perform on the S24 website. Since the beginning of April, it has been possible not only to register both type of companies via the website of the Ministry of Justice, but also to adopt resolutions concerning, among other things, a change of address and dissolution of a partnership. In addition, fees for registering an application online will be lower than for those filed in a traditional manner. The article aims to present the CCC amendments in this respect and to assess their purposefulness, practical applicability and consistency with Civil Code regulations as regards the forms of declarations of intent.
