Abstract

The aim of the article is to discuss and analyse selected problems relating to informatization of corporate rights of shareholders arising from implementation of Directive 2007/36/EC and Directive 2011/35/EU in the Polish law as a result of the amendment of the Commercial Companies Code. Author’s comments and assessments concern solely the solutions affecting the exercise of shareholders’ right by means of electronic communication.
