Abstract

I have been lately asked to provide an opinion concerning the parliamentary draft of the Cooperative Act. The draft is based on the assumption that private ownership and the related institutions deform man’s character. A cooperative is to be a solution to improve human nature. The struggle against liberty understood as private ownership is shifted onto legislation.
