Abstract

A subscription warrant is a new type of security introduced to the Commercial Companies Code by the amendment of 12 December 2003. The limited code regulation gives rise to many controversies and doubts, both among representatives of the doctrine and practitioners. The authoress of the article presents those which concern limitation and exclusion of negotiability of subscription warrants.
