Abstract

In his article the author analyzes the institution of crossing out impermissible data from the register, at the same time discussing both the substantive law and procedural issues. The author highlights the purpose of this institution, i.e. to clear the_register of incorrect entries, though underlines the need for the registration courts to apply this instrument carefully, taking into account certain restrictions, which is endorsed by both judicature and other authors.
