Abstract

The processing of children’s data by modern educational solutions (EdTech) for supporting the educational process and managing students’ daily life in educational institutions is becoming increasingly widespread. Because of the need for special protection of children the providers of such tools and entities using them need to process the information about students with respect for their information autonomy. The article aims to present selected issues regarding the processing of children’s data with EdTech solutions in light of the GDPR.
