The rights of agricultural property leaseholders in latest judicial decisions

Abstract

In accordance with the provisions introduced in 2011, some of the State Treasury agricultural property leaseholders agreed to exclude 30% of the leased areas from the agreement. According to the Supreme Court judgement of 19 October 2017, III CZP 45/17, they are not entitled to claim acquisition of the remaining part of the leased agricultural property.
