Abstract

The intention of this work is to try to set the rules for calculating child support under the alternate custody regime. The outlined method is to help parents who set their mutual scope of child support and is to serve as an aid for courts which adjudicate child support under the alternate custody regime e.g. in divorce proceedings. At the same time, the very institution of alternate custody is questioned in the axiological and legal context.
