Abstract
The article discusses administrative restrictions for purchasing agricultural properties. The article consists of the introduction, four chapters and the conclusion. The first chapter explains legal changes that occurred in 2016 with respect to transactions involving agricultural properties. The second chapter analyses the possibility of acquiring an agricultural property by natural or legal persons who are not entitled by the new law to enter into such transactions (persons who are not individual farmers). The third chapter explains the rights of pre-emption and redemption with respect to agriculture properties. The fourth chapter analyses suspension of selling agricultural properties owned by the State Treasury.
