Abstract

The article analyses the new regulations of the Insurance and Reinsurance Act which concerns challenging the resolutions of general meetings of insurance companies. The Act of 11 September 2015 introduced a new type of action (action for declaring invalidity of a resolution) and changed the prerequisites for an action for repealing a resolution.
