Abstract

On the example of the road traffic accident involving a collision of two vehicles at the crossroads with traffic lights the author indicates a method for determining the objective truth. The article also proves that facts captured by CCTV cameras may constitute the sole and irrefutable material evidence precisely identifying of the person responsible for the accident. Therefore, the video footage plays the role of a ” witness” to an accident - which is meant to incite intellectual reflection in readers.
