Abstract

The analysis Art. 125[1] § 2 of the Family and Guardianship Code carried out in this article allows for a conclusion that it is admissible for a court to decide on re-adoption of a child by its biological parents providing all the required conditions have been met. It may be either full adoption, complete adoption or incomplete adoption.
