Abstract

The Entrepreneurs’ Law of 6 March 2018 replaced the Business Activity Freedom Act of 2 July 2004. The definition of business activities and the concept of the entrepreneur have been changed by the new regulations. The article discusses the need to introduce changes in the notion of business activities and the entrepreneur which have been specified in the substantiation of the draft of the law, as well as their assessment (consequences).
