Abstract

Having replaced the Business Activity Freedom Act of 2 July 2004 the Entrepreneurs’ Law of 6 March 2018 rescinded all former regulations restricting economic activities and introduced new normative grounds for concessions, permits and regulated activities. The article outlines the motivations underlying the need for changes, their basic conditions and assumptions, reviews relevant legal regulations and assesses the new regulations and reforms.
