Abstract

The Entrepreneurs’ Law of 6 March 2018 provides for the basic and at the same time most important rules which bind entrepreneurs and public authorities. Their direct expression in the Entrepreneurs’ Law is a manifestation of their significance; first, they enhance awareness of entrepreneurs, and second – public authorities are bound by the rules specified therein. It is worth reminding that those rules have been in force since 30 April 2018.
