Abstract

The Entrepreneurs’ Law of 6 March 2018 has introduced a legal regulation of legal explanations (Article 33). It has been placed in the chapter on handling formalities related to business activity. What does this new concept mean? According to the new regulation it includes explanation of the provisions relating to starting, conducting and terminating economic activity with regard to practical application of those provisions. This „tool” is meant to be used by competent ministers and some other authorities. The article attempts to evaluate potential practical importance of the new regulation, provides suggestions as to how to interpret it and indicates its defects.
