Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss legal nature of consumer consent for entrepreneur’s performance leading to the loss of his right of withdrawal. The authors assess whether it would be possible to make the conclusion of a contract conditional on the declaration of the abovementioned consent. Another important issue in this respect is the question as to the possibility to propose a contract to the consumer under which the entrepreneur’s performance will be suspended until the consumer expresses the consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
