Abstract

The paper provides information on admissibility of evidence from expert witness opinion as well as reflections on whether keeping the official court lists of expert witnesses is justified. I present the areas in which expert witness opinions can be issued and what should be the correct structure of an opinion. I coclude with the presentation of a forensic advisor.
