Abstract
The text provides a report on the 6th Polish-German Forum for Law and Economy which was held on 5 November 2015 at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The conference focused on the dynamic development of compliance in the credit and insurance markets in Poland and Germany as the idea of compliance originates from the markets particularly exposed to potential legal risks – the regulated markets. The Forum discussed the latest developments in compliance both on the national as well as on the global level: in the credit and insurance markets. Moreover, current challenges for compliance were indicated. The Forum offered an opportunity for learning about the current challenges for compliance and a platform for an exchange of views by practitioners from both countries.
