Abstract

The publication outlines the procedure for the application of interim measures by national courts pursuant to Art. 278 and 279 of the TFEU. They constitute independent grounds for securing claims based on the EU law in procedures applied by Polish courts. The article presents current case law and positions of the doctrine concerning the prerequisites and procedure for the application of interim measures.
