Abstract
The article concerns the issue which is important for the judicial practice, i.e. remuneration of the guardian appointed by the court for a legal entity. The Supreme Court acknowledged that the remuneration was to be paid from the State Treasury – the registration court. This view is to be approved; nonetheless, remunerating the guardian for a legal entity should be regulated explicitly, and owing to the similarity of the functions of the registration guardian and the guardian for a legal entity – those institutions should be unified or combined.
