Abstract

In the last few years there was a dispute in court judgments and legal publications concerning circumscription of the jurisdiction of a land registry court, in particular the issue of admissibility of judicial notice. The article aims to acquaint the reader with these issues by trying to determine the scope of searching for evidence by a land registry court in a way that prevents it from encroaching the competence of procedural courts and replying how a land registry court can introduce documents other than those presented with the motion in accordance with the rules of civil proceedings.
