Abstract

The end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 saw many changes in the area of intellectual property rights. Both EU and domestic laws were amended. The provisions of the Act of 9 November 2015 amending the Industrial Property Law became effective as of 14 April 2016. Changes concerned primarily the substantive and procedural law. As a result, we are now witnessing a revolution in trademark law.
