Abstract

Distribution of EU funds requires establishment of national legislation to provide legal means of protection of applicants. The proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts involves two instances. Therefore, the decisions of administrative courts may be appealed. Not in all cases this allows for filing a cassation appeal, though it is possible to bring in a formal complaint, which is analyzed in this article.
