Abstract

As a result of that amendment the regulation concerning a complaint against the actions of a court bailiff has been significantly changed, though without undermining the nature of a complaint as a special measure of appeal. In this article the author focuses on new legal solutions relating to a complaint and makes an attempt to interpret them.
