Abstract

The article outlines selected problems concerning the Code regulation of a construction contract including a number of issues relating to contracts for renovation of buildings and structures. The in-depth study of those issues makes it clear that amendment of the provisions of the Civil Code relating to construction contracts is urgently needed. Moreover, the article presents the hitherto positions of the judicature and the doctrine in this respect.
