Abstract

The Act of 10 July 2015 amending the Civil Code, the Code of Civil Procedure and some other acts introduced a number of changes to the Civil Code concerning the form of legal actions with an aim to adjust the regulations to the level of technical development of society. These changes are evolutionary, but it is worth noticing that a documentary form of legal actions appeared in the Polish legal system. Regretfully, from the technical point of view, the amendment contains many errors, the most important of which is inconsistency between the amendments introduced to the Civil Code and to the Code of Civil Procedure, as well as the recently introduced changes in the Code of Commercial Companies, which calls into question the correctness of their functioning.
