Abstract

The text provides a practical analysis of the recent changes of the law of succession, which extend the group of statutory heirs and change of the type of acceptance of inheritance assumed by the legislator. The author points out potential problems brought about by the mechanisms of succession adopted by the legilsator and suggests possible ways of resolving them.
