Abstrakt
Autor przedstawia specyfikę zatrudnienia za pośrednictwem elektronicznych platform zatrudnienia. Dąży do ustalenia statusu zatrudnionych. Podkreśla brak regulacji prawnej tej nowej formy zatrudnienia wynikającej z czwartej rewolucji przemysłowej w epoce postindustrialnej. Przedstawia relacje prawne i społeczne między platformą, zatrudnionymi świadczącymi usługi oraz beneficjentami usług polegających na odpłatnym świadczeniu pracy.
Electronic employment platforms
The author presents characteristics of employment via electronic employment platforms. He attempts to establish status of the employed. However, he points to the lack of legal regulations of this new form of employment resulting from the fourth industrial revolution in the postindustrial era.
