Abstrakt

The article focuses on the new forms of work in the gig economy and collaborative economy and presents a critical and brief overview of the new and current challenges (that) Italian and German law have to face in the ?eld. Special attention will be paid to crowd work as a part of a much larger phenomenon, the platform (or sharing) economy.
