Abstrakt
1. The rapidly accelerated trend towards extended globalisation of the modern economy has contributed to the development of processes of denationalization of territorial space as economic and legal activities are no longer limited to territorial states’ borders, but transcend them. It has boosted economic relations in both national and transnational spheres generating a mass increase in the number of commercial contracts, which in turn leads to an increase of commercial disputes requiring resolution.
