Abstrakt

1) co-operation with arbitration courts (for example: making a choice of arbitrator, deciding about means of duress, gathering evidence, keeping arbitration courts records),2) the right of examination (assigning -- enforceability clauses to awards of arbitration courts),3) the right of supervision over awards (verification of awards of arbitration courts during judicial proceedings before common courts). The foregoing groups of competences allow common courts to cope with the acts of arbitration courts.
